Payment Policy
Titan Book Publishing requires full payment in advance before the commencement of any service listed on our website.

Revisions Policy
We provide unlimited revisions on the delivered work, provided that revision requests are submitted within 7 days of delivery. In certain exceptional circumstances, revision requests may be accepted up to 14 days after delivery.
Revision requests are processed based on the urgency level of the project, with a minimum standard turnaround time of 24 hours.
Revision timelines are typically as follows:
- Orders with 24-hour urgency: Revisions completed within 24 hours
- Orders with 24–48 hour urgency: Revisions completed within 48 hours
- Orders with urgency exceeding 48 hours: Revisions completed within 72 hours
Project Requirements
All project specifications, requirements, and expectations will be clearly discussed and agreed upon with the client before the project begins.
Any disputes related to service delivery will be evaluated based on:

Refund Policy
Clients may request a full refund if the request is made before work on the project has started.
If the project has already begun, refunds may be issued after deducting applicable service charges, transaction fees, or work already completed.
Refund requests will not be accepted for services purchased under promotional, discounted, or limited-time offers.
A refund request may also be submitted if the client is dissatisfied with the delivered product or service within 5 days of order completion.
If the issue cannot be resolved through our revision policy, a partial refund may be granted depending on the circumstances.
If no refund request is received within 5 days after delivery, the project will be considered accepted and satisfactory by the client.
